Before you ask procurement
How does billing work?
Annual prepay in one shot, with EU VAT applied where due — reverse charge for valid EU VAT numbers outside Sweden. Two-year prepay takes 10% off the total. Volume bands (51–200 seats at 85% of list, 201–1,000 at 70%) apply to list price before services.
What counts as a seat?
Any employee assigned a course or a drill inside your org. Admins and managers who never train are free. You are billed on assigned seats at the start of the contract year, trued up once if you grow past your volume band.
What does evidence export include?
Every tier includes CSV / JSON export plus a print-ready evidence pack: who trained, against which content version, with the hash-chained audit trail verified end to end. Enterprise adds API access and auditor links for continuous review.
When do we get SSO and SCIM?
SSO and SCIM are Enterprise. Starter and Professional use email/password with admin MFA. If joiners and leavers need to flow from your identity provider, that is the Enterprise tier — talk to us for the wiring.
