Yes. An individual buys a single seat for €49 a year including VAT — that is the amount charged, with nothing added at the last screen. You get the Article 4 baseline, the tier 0 course, the core drills and your own evidence export. The team plans start at 10 seats because they exist to govern a roster, which an individual does not have. As a consumer you also get a 14-day right of withdrawal; the full notice and the model form are on the withdrawal page.

Self-serve, it is one annual card payment through Stripe Checkout, taken for the year. Business prices exclude VAT: you can enter a VAT number at checkout, and a valid number in another EU member state means the reverse charge applies. Consumer prices include VAT at the rate of the country you live in. Access opens when Stripe's signed confirmation reaches us — returning from the payment page grants nothing by itself.

Yes, but not in a browser — the product raises no invoices and matches no purchase orders. It works as a written order instead: you tell us seats, term, and legal entity; we send an order form and an invoice; you pay by transfer; we then activate the workspace against your contract or PO reference, with the term's start and end dates recorded in our audit log. Renewal on that route is a conversation, not an automatic charge, and access ends on the recorded end date unless we agree a new term.

Both are commercial terms on a written quote, not something checkout computes. A two-year prepay takes 10% off the total; volume bands run 51–200 seats at 85% of list and 201–1,000 at 70%, applied to list price before services. Ask for the order form and the quote states the term, the band, and the total.

First year, summing the lesson estimates in the shipped content: all staff 150 minutes (Article 4 baseline 25, tier 0 102, refresher 23), agent operators 254, builders, deployers and managers 332, compliance and executive roles 377 — six hours and change. Quizzes and drills sit on top; the 23-minute refresher is the part that recurs each year.

Starter licenses the all-staff path only. If someone operates agents, builds or deploys them, or governs how they are used, their required curriculum runs deeper than tier 0 — so a Starter workspace cannot produce complete evidence for that person. Professional covers operators; Enterprise covers builders, deployers, managers, compliance, and executives.

Any employee assigned a course or a drill inside your org. Admins and managers who never train are free. You are billed on assigned seats at the start of the contract year, trued up once if you grow past your volume band.

Every tier includes CSV / JSON export plus a print-ready evidence pack: who trained, against which content version, with the hash-chained audit trail verified end to end. Enterprise adds a scoped auditor-integration plan. There is no API and no live auditor login — neither is built.

Not as a general feature today. Enterprise engagements can scope an identity-provider integration pilot with explicit acceptance tests. Starter and Professional use verified email/password until that integration is complete.

Email support on every plan at support@temja.eu, prioritized on Professional, with a named contact on Enterprise. We publish no uptime figure and no response-time target, because we have no measured operating history to publish one from. Where an Enterprise contract needs service levels, they are agreed in writing and attached to the contract.
